The vacuum heat pump evaporator that we designed and manufactured is widely used and simple to use and install. Each heat pump evaporator we produce is tailored to the needs of the customer.

The heat pump evaporator is powered by electricity. It is a very efficient technology for evaporating concentrated wastewater at low temperatures while under negative vacuum pressure. It is capable of handling Pickling  wastewater.

 

 

Advantages

1. Compared with traditional evaporation technology, heat pump evaporation technology can save more than 90% of energy consumption;

2. Its only heat source is electricity. No steam is needed for heating or as an auxiliary heat source, thus greatly saving the investment and consumption of supporting facilities of equipment;

3. Since the heat pump itself can simultaneously output refrigerant to condense the steam generated by materials, it does not need any external cooling water supply, thus greatly saving the consumption of supporting facilities of equipment, cooling water and electricity;

4. Modular design. The equipment structure is more compact, the floor area is small, and the assembly and operation are fast and convenient;

5. Ultra low temperature evaporation. The vacuum degree is up to 40 mbar, and the minimum evaporation temperature is 35 ℃. It is more suitable for heat sensitive materials. For corrosive materials, the corrosion degree of the equipment is reduced to the minimum, and the service life of the equipment is extended;

6. Fully automatic control and operation. Compared with MVR evaporator, it has simple operation, fewer control points, higher degree of automation, low failure rate, stable operation, and extremely low maintenance and repair costs;

7. Due to its scale effect, the heat pump evaporator is applicable to the working conditions where the evaporation capacity is less than 1500 kg/h. This has solved the dilemma of large investment in sewage treatment and high operation and maintenance costs for small and medium-sized enterprises, and provided a very cost-effective solution for the long-term healthy development of our small and medium-sized enterprises

 

Technical introduction

The heat pump vacuum evaporator, operating at 35-40 ° C, can significantly reduce the COD of distillate and a small amount of discharged concentrate. The technology is low maintenance cost, automated.

The vacuum evaporator can effectively and simply treat wastewater without using reagents. They are very effective even when traditional technologies are not feasible. With the vacuum heat pump evaporator, the wastewater is converted into two streams: one is highly concentrated, and the other is high-quality water (up to the discharge standard). The evaporator works under vacuum conditions to reduce the boiling temperature of wastewater and reduce energy consumption.
